Luxor is beautiful. We were leaving from Hurghada. The bus trip itself takes 12 hours. Checks every two kilometers and people with guns everywhere. The guide was wonderful (Russian and English were perfect). Unfortunately, we tourists are treated like bottomless piggy banks. We chose the option with tickets on site. So what I want to see, I buy a ticket and go in. The situation in one of the facilities - we stayed in the parking lot because we didn't want to watch it. We just went out to stretch our legs. In a moment, a man appeared and complained to the guide what we were doing on the bus?!!! Do you understand? It turns out that whether you want it or not, you have to buy a ticket and enter!!! The guide LITERALLY gave him money from his pocket so he wouldn't cause us any trouble! I haven't seen anything like this before... It's a pity, because it was my first and therefore last visit to Egypt. Money, money and more money.
